There are several options available to work 1-on-1, particularly when you need to fast track and could benefit from a team getting it done for you, confidentially and efficiently. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many highly accomplished leaders, with a specialty in the healthcare industry. Recent engagements have included brand strategy for:

The process I’ve developed called ETA (Excavate-Tell-Affirm™)  is structured, focused, modular and highly personalized. Depending on the need, engagements could involve 1 – 12 calls together via Zoom. Calls typically run 60-90 minutes. All time zones are accommodated.

Similar to editing one’s own work, it is sometimes a faster path to have a third- party advocate working with you to achieve your pivot point – someone who can see clearly what you might be overlooking.

I would be honored to work with you in this regard. This experience is designed to be energizing and transformative, where meaningful change is tangible and palpable.

Each investment is applied to the next level up. For example, if you start with a 2-call laser session and decide to level up to 12 calls, the 2-call investment would be subtracted from the 12-call total. Many clients work incrementally and come back for refreshes as circumstances change.

It's time! 
This is a total rebrand investment leveraging the ETA (Excavate-Tell-Affirm) process where we will co-create to deliver a strategic brand framework - a powerful positioning/messaging framework that serves as the guidepost for your brand. Typically, this is 12 calls, with 1-on-1 time and email and text exchange along the way. Using the framework that we co-create, our team of writers and designers will develop your new brand assets for you. 

  • Identify your 2-word purpose statement
  • Excavate powerful stories and brand narratives
  • Synthesize key messages so they are heard and understood 
  • Clearly define your target audience (beloved avatar)
  • Use science and evidence-based assessment(s) to validate your core competencies. 
  • Craft a compelling positioning statement
  • Outline a strategy to manifest a fulfilling next chapter
 

Excavate-Tell-Affirm™ Revealing Genius Brand Manifesto – 2 sessions
Welcome! This is a bespoke process where you will join an elite group of people who have committed the time and energy to "give words" to their true north and calling. Arguably one of the most important exercises you will engage in for your career. A vital component of leadership and personal development, it will ground you in your core values and enable you to say yes to areas where you have quantifiable impact and say no respectfully to things that don't serve you anymore. Even if "what" you do changes throughout time, you will always be guided by your "why." You will leave with a succinct one-pager that captures: 

  • Your purpose (two words) 
  • Your "why" statement (one sentence)
  • Your hows (up to nine)

Excavate-Tell-Affirm™ Revealing Genius Laser Session - 1 session
Let's do this! Used for a “second opinion” on a branding concept, asset or approach. Examples are: Review an existing resume/CV; Provide feedback on a TedTalk/video script; Edit a pitch deck for investors, board presentation; Brainstorm on a proposal for a mission-critical client; Role play key messages prior to a “dream job” interview or podcast appearance. 

  • Ideal for an in-the-moment puzzle that needs to get resolved
  • Helpful to validate investments about to be made for branding/marketing/sales
  • Excellent for role playing to achieve a specific, time-sensitive goal
  • Use for when you know where you want to go but wavering on how to get there
  • Provides confidential guidance and a sounding board to discern the appropriate direction
