We've had the privilege of working with many highly accomplished leaders in a variety of industries, with a specialty in healthcare industry. Calls typically run 60-90 minutes. All time zones are accommodated.
Overview
Similar to editing one's own work, it is sometimes a faster path to have a third-party advocate working with you to achieve your pivot point – someone who can see clearly what you might be overlooking. This experience is designed to be energizing and transformative, where meaningful change is tangible and palpable. Each investment is applied to the next level up. For example, if you start with a laser session and decide to level up to 12 calls, the investment would be subtracted from the 12-call total. Many clients work incrementally.

Welcome to our signature service. This is a bespoke process where you will join an elite group of people who have committed the time and energy to "give words" to their true north and calling. Arguably one of the most important exercises you will engage in to pursue meaningful work.
A vital component of leadership and personal development, it will ground you in your core values and enable you to say yes to areas where you have quantifiable impact and say no respectfully to things that don't serve you anymore. Even if "what" you do changes throughout time, you will always be guided by your "why." You will leave with a succinct one-pager that captures:
Your purpose - why you exist to serve (2-3 words)
Your why - a transformation statement that highlights at what you are the best in the world and the transformation that occurs when you tap into your core strengths (one sentence)
Your hows - these are non-negotiables, your "floor" also known as your standards for how you show up to have big impact

These sessions are best for folks in a "re" state: reset, recalibrate, rethink, realign, reboot, reimagine, reevaluate, redefine, reinvent, reignite, reframe, reinvigorate, reclaim, rebrand and leverage: the time-tested ETA (Excavate-Tell-Affirm™) process which includes our signature Brand Declaration and ongoing, focused laser sessions.
Based on goals and objectives which are different for everyone, we will co-create to accomplish your most coveted goals. Most importantly, you'll leave this experience with more clarity, confidence and conviction about your way forward, whatever that might be. If needed, we will build assets that you will refer to again and again. Some examples of outcomes are:
Business owner, recently sold a business: co-created possibilities and a vision grid that lays out what next looks very different (exciting) from where they were before
