I’ve been transforming brands and putting unknown companies on the map for 30 years. I’ve had the privilege of serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite healthcare and healthcare technology leaders around the globe, including such iconic and emerging brands as Johnson & Johnson, Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Center for Creative Leadership-Healthcare Division, Mercy Health System, Penn Medicine, the Veterans Administration and Optum.

What I’ve learned as a CEO and CMO in the corporate arena has become my marketing manifesto: messaging first. The common thread for driving record-breaking revenue was capturing the essence of the brand value proposition and conveying it consistently across all marketing platforms. Now I’m translating that manifesto to help individual clients to have profound impact.

On a personal note, I’m a fan of brands from my home state of Pennsylvania and will always be a champion for the introverts and the underdogs.
